| HAVING PROBLEMS ORDERING THROUGH WORLDPAY? |
Smart T's payment process has to use an internet system whereby it connects to WorldPay by way of a 'pop-up'; as this system is frequently used by sites of an "adult" nature, many companies have included "pop-up blockers" or "pop-up killers" within their software. Should you experience difficulty connecting to WorldPay's payment pages, it is almost certainly these "blockers" preventing connection. You can avoid this by switching your blocker off whilst making payment, or adjust the 'sensitivity' to a lower setting, or by allowing Smart T's Ltd to become a 'trusted site'. | Stage 1 |

Select design - click on thumb nail image to view in larger format |

Select Size - click in drop down box and drag over required size (for size guide, see "sizes" button within the heading tool bar) If more than one size required for same design, select first size, select 'buy' and repeat a) and b) until you have all sizes you require; if you incorrectly select a wrong size - DO NOT PANIC! You may either proceed to 'check-out' and select the 'remove' box to clear it from your basket, or continue shopping and 'remove' it from your basket before going to 'cashier'. |

Select 'buy' - Your order will appear in a pop-up box and close itself automatically. Any errors with your order can be rectified at the 'check out', before the 'cashier'. |

Select 'check out' - your shopping basket will be shown, once all is OK, select 'cashier' |

Complete the order form - ensure you complete all compulsory fields (marked with an *), failure to complete these fields will invalidate your order; help is given at each stage with a pop-up prompt in bottom left hand corner |

Select 'next' button - you are shown a summary of your order, complete with full cost of shirts and P&P; if you are satisfied your order is correct and happy with the amount to pay, (non-sterling currency payments may be converted to home currency with the 'currency converter' guide - select button and fill in the fields to convert) proceed |

Select 'method of payment' - you may select from the drop down menu or simply click the 'WorldPay CurrencyPay' button. |

your order will appear on screen and a pop-up WorldPay box will appear; complete the fields with your credit card details, ensure you are using a current, accepted card (Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Switch, JCB or Solo) |

| Get showered and ready to don your exciting new garment and make plans to head off to the rubber! (pub - if you're outside London!) |
