Smart T's has been producing quality printed
and embroidered garments since 1996. Apart from the custom orders, this
site offers many of their designs from the "Ready to Wear" collection.
The range will continually grow, adding more ideas to cover many areas,
in particular, a drinking theme!
Guarantee:
We aim to guarantee your complete satisfaction. All our products come
with a no quibble, 30 day, money back guarantee. If for any reason you
are not completely satisfied simply return the goods, in good order and
we will credit your account or replace them to suit your requirements.
This does not effect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Complaints:
All complaints should be made, in writing, via e-mail,
post or fax. We will acknowledged complaints within 5 working days; the
complaint will be handled within 10 working days of receipt and the customer
notified of the findings within 10 working days of acknowledgement.
On-Line
Security:
All orders processed on-line are through our associates, WorldPay. You
may view their levels and type of security by clicking
here .
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB and Solo.

Shipping
and Handling:
Post and packing is charged per item as each shirt is despatched individually.
Cost of P&P is clearly shown on each section and separately at the
cashier page before you agree to place the order.
Delivery
Schedule
All UK orders are despatched First Class post, overseas orders are sent
First Class Airmail. All orders, UK and overseas, are despatched within
48 hrs of receipt.
Back
Orders:
In the unlikely event your order is not currently in stock we will advise
you within 48 hrs. You will be offered the opportunity to cancel your
order with complete refund, await re-stocking or to select an alternative
design. We aim to hold all items in stock or to re-stock within 14 days.
Privacy
Policy:
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not disclose information
collected to third parties, in accordance with the Data Protection Act
1998. The information collected is for processing orders. From time to
time, Smart T's may advise you of offers or up-dates, although
we will not send unsolicited mail. Should you not wish to receive any
marketing news directly associated with Smart T's you may
say so. The information collected will be your name, address, phone number,
e-mail and selected designs.
